Mario Kart 8 Customization

I was snowed in today so I played Mario Kart 8. It's been a while since I seen it too. You see I mostly use my handheld so I don't play my console that much. Anyway I've unlocked all the standard characters and I just finished the 100cc Shell Cup. I also learned a new strategy today. You may be used to a certain customization strategy(in my case light character handling and acceleration) but it also helps to balance your stats so you don't have any big faults and it also helps to choose the right weight class. I know it may not seem like it but trust me it helps. Good thing they added all the new customization pieces. What's one of your favorite combinations?

My favorite combination is Sportsbike+UltraSlim+BowserGlider. With the character bowser. I like how the Sports bike drifts inward, It's really easier for me to maneuver. I Also use, Hyrule Cycle+Triforce tires+Zelda hanglider thingy. The hyrule cycle ( Is that what it's called? ) Is really fast but hard to maneuver but I love it.

I'd use Ludwig in the sports coupe button wheels and plane glider

I like using the Blue Falcon with Toadette. I know it's in the DLC Pack, but it was my favorite kart in Mario Kart Wii, and now it's back! I always use small characters with increased acceleration. It just makes me feel like I'm invincible.

I don't know, being light makes you go faster but at the same time makes you more vulnerable against heavier characters dashes, you know. On the other side, heavy characters can also go fast and knock weaker off the roads, to me that's a good strategy

I will say that the game has many customization variations so that is very cool and I love to switch to cool looking ones though it's my friend's game I still love the fact that customization is a thing because it was not possible in previous games like the first few games and Mario Kart DS . I really like it

I always use Morton with: the gold kart , slik and MKTV

Well, I don`t have a specific customization I use, but I like to focus on the cars, tires and gliders that good Acceleration and handling. I am a fan of the lighter characters, but after I got Link, he is the only one I use. He is not too light, but he is 10 times cooler than every other character in the game so.... Also @rawrrie , it`s called the "master cycle"
