Mario & Luigi Paper Jam is pretty much Paper Mario + Mario & Luigi

What happens when you collide the hilariously comical and genious settings of the Mario & Luigi series,and mix it up with the "paperistic" clever world of Paper Mario?You pretty much have wrapped up(no joke intended) Mario & Luigi Paper Jam,the newest chapter for both series.


Since this will most likely count as the 5th game for each of the two RPG line-up,than this feels like an unexpected,yet again fun twist of the two.
Personaly,I'm very interested to see how the story of this game will unfold(still no joke intended) as further information is probaly revealed between the next months,while it's being planned to be released on 2016.

So,what are your thoughts on this sudden colab between the two RPGs?

More like Sticker Star x Dream Team but with more Mario. It's unexpected and it's a great idea on paper but they way they appear to execute the game looks like the same old stuff but it looks slightly different, for example papercraft battles are like simpler giant battles where you have to refill gas into Luigi.

This game and Myself Dungeon are what I'm excited for on the 3DS. I loved the Mario and Luigi series, and Paper Mario has been really fun as well. Two series that fans enjoy, collide and now we get this. Sounds like a lot of fun!
 
This pretty Cool! I never thought the Paper Mario Series and the Mario and Luigi Series would go together like this! I'll have to get it when it's released!

Omg, the name of this title. Its almost cringe worthy T-Player XD Yes, this is Mario & Luigi mixed with Paper Mario. Thus the name, Paper Jam. I didnt expect this game at all. It was the best part of Nintendo's E3 presentation this year. I wonder if theres a way to get into the Paper World and look super out of place.
 
Dream Team's theme and gameplay were excellent and superb. While the Paper Mario series is also very popular, Sticker Star wasn't well received. Hopefully since this is Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam and not Paper Mario: Mario and Luigi Jam it will be more Mario and Luigi than Paper Mario which is great. Mario and Luigi games always have something unique (The babies, Bowser as a protagonist, Luigi's dreams) so hopefully this will have something awesome too! Looking forward to this. :D
 
Neither did I really expect such a game like that to come out :p I think that this will be very amazing while playing the game, since the twist does allow really cool things and puzzles and stuff to do and more ways to attack, etc. I certainly do look forward to this game, although not quite playing the other series, it'd be a great game to those who've played the 2 series :p

I always dream that one day there will be a game involving Mario and Luigi joining with Paper Mario to save Paper Peach and Peach From Paper Bowser and Bowser and it came true as soon as i saw this on the digital event. love how paper mario works in the turn based rpg mario and luigi style, the graphics looks good (even though most of sprites or 3d are the same from dream team) and the Paper Craft Mario looks cool, i a'm so gonna get this game when it comes out next year.

Wow, this looks excellent. It's the most original and fresh thing I've seen out on the big nintendo in a while. I really love paper mario and the normal mario and luigi, so this looks like a great mix of the two. I've really always wanted a great game like this. It looks like another great nintendo Classic is in the works again already. I can't wait to play this fabulous looking game. 10/10 nintendo. 10/10

I'm not too excited for it. I just don't feel like Paper Mario fits with Mario & Luigi. Also having the team of three does not make me happy. And 2 MARIOS! What is this! We need MORE Luigi! Just feel like paper mario doesn't go with mario and luigi.

I wish this was a collaboration of the pre-Super Paper Mario series with the modern day Mario and Luigi. Both Super Paper Mario and Paper Mario: Sticker Star were the weakest installments of the franchise. But recently, the Mario and Luigi series continues to improve and get better. I would of loved to have the combat system revolve around that of Paper Mario: TTYD (style, FP, partners, enemy analysis, and etc.) and Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, and for this game to have been a Wii U title.

I honestly think this paper Mario is very different because 1. it kinda goes away from the stars and storyline which it is based off of and it throws in the original Mario and luigi. I used to play Mario and luigi rpg, its very different with commands and dodging. and they could have at least added paper luigi with paper Mario. I think this game is going to be different because they may have to rescue two princesses from 2 bowsers and many more bosses along the way. this is going to be an interesting paper Mario considering this the fact this is the 5th paper Mario and the 2nd to be on 3ds.

Even though I have not played Paper Mario or Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, I have noticed that Paper Jam is those two games combined. They merged Sticker Star and Dream Team into one, and that sounds okay. The trailer at e3 did grab some attention and mostly Mario and Luigi RPG fans.

It is very nice and all but the thing is, its more of mario and luigi dream team with paper mario elements inside of it, its not exactly what people are saying. its great but surely enough, not exactly a paper mario x mario and luigi game. Its more of a crossover, hopefully, a proper paper mario comes soon (wii u preferred). But still, I am excited for this game
