Mario was going to have a wrestling game.

Although it didn't have a big devolpment team and was canceled very early in the project without a lot of ideas.

What do you think of this game?

I don't know, that just looks so weird. Considering that Mario has been in so many sports games, seeing Mario play volleyball looks strange to me. It may have meant well, though, if it hadn't been cancelled so early in production. I guess a Mario volleyball game doesn't sound too bad.

So let it be he is already popular and has most of the coolest games plus if you are talking about a fighting game he is in super smash bros and he is also Dr.mario.Plus there is Mario boxing with him and other characters in Mario and Sonic Olympic games.

@SuperMii3D The game had Volleyball and Wrestling. I looked into the game's development and it was called Super Mario Spikers. It was going to be developed for the Nintendo Wii after Mario Strikers Charged.
