There has been a trademarked "Marshadow" and I believe it could be:
- A Psychic/Dark legendary that represents the stars, and in turn, the souls of dead Pokemon? (But, from the naming scheme of Solgaleo and Lunala, the third legendary would be Stella-Spanish ending or something.)
- A Fire/(Psychic? Ghost? Dark?) legendary to initiate some sort of cosmic conflict in Pokemon Alolian mythology? MARS is the god of war..
- A Pokemon with a relationship akin to Darkrai and Cresselia? It could have a counterpart, not related to Solgaleo and Lunala.
