Marx and Magolor on SSB

They were characters I really wanted to be in the game, and I'd like to know your thoughts on them actually being in a (possible) new Smash
Of course not both, but maybe one of them
Here's my attack set suggestion for Marx (considering him in his ball):
Normal Move: Kick
Combo Move: Series of kicks and a ball crush jump
Up Attack: Upwards kick
Down attack: Ball spin
Side Smash: *just like Kirby's*
Up smash: Hat drill (his hat turn into a drill)
Down Smash: Ball spin+ stars
Neutral Special: Marx semi-transforms into Marx Soul, emiting an energy wave and then transforms back
Up Special: Ball Abandon* (he flies upward and his ball reapears when he touched the ground)
Side Special: Ball throw* (the ball is thrown into the specified direction)
Down Special: Wings shortly grow and then disappear (no, you can't fly, they only do damage)
Final Smash: Beast Marx (he transforms into Beast Marx for a short period and gain the ability to fly)

*He could receive more damage when he is without the ball, like Bowser Jr.

BONUS: Beast Marx moveset
Normal Move: Wing hit
Combo Move: Series of wing hits
Side Attack: Wing close (the wings go to the side the attack is directed)
Up Attack: Drill hat
Down Attack: Wing separation (the wings go sideways, attacking nearby enemies)
Side Smash: Marx vomits a ray of light
Up smash: Marx flies upwards, damaging enemies
Down smash: *same as Kirby's*
Neutral Special: Razors come out of Marx's wings
Down Special: Marx plants a rose seed at tha location
Up Special: Marx's wings glows and he flies upwards
Side Special: He splits an ice ball that freezes enemies

That's pretty cool but is there any pictures of them ? I actually don't know who they are and what game they come from so can you clarify that the Movesets and all are really good in my opinion so only those two questions But we all know that Sakurai doesn't like DLC so I guess technically it won't happen , sadly :/

Haha ! I was thinking too that Marx should be in Smash lol. But for his final Smash, I thought more about the moment when he splits in two and tries to swallow everything or about the ray of light you mentionned, rather than a transformation (I don't really like Final Smash transformations).

Yes, I guess this would be better :/ Imm also not a fan of transformations, but I wanted to give Beast Marx an appearance
I'll keep that moveset there in case maybe Beast Marx could be a character (instead of the cutey one)

No, Magolor EX has a different color palette, red body, pink eyes, black horns and white face, the one I showed hasred and blue body, red eyes, blue horns and black face
Plus, Beast Magolor is just a name I game him to difer him from Magolor, he's named as Magolor
