Gen 6 Mega Rayquaza confirmed!

Mega Rayquaza has been revealed on the Omega Ruby Alpha Sapphire Livestream. It will have the ability "Delta Stream." Summons "Strong winds." Which negates all whether conditions, and prevents the use of weather causing moves. It also has the move Dragon Ascent which is said to be 'The most powerful Flying-type move.'
Delta stream also works like Air lock, and disappears when Rayquaza is switched out. Another added effect is that moves that would normally do supereffective damage to flying Pokémon become neutral damage instead.

Yeah, Delta Stream seems like a good ability, because with it Rayquaza is only 2x weak to Ice and it makes Rock neutral, meaning its only other weaknesses are Dragon and Fairy. Dragon Ascent is too strong, it OHKO'd Swampert...one of the bulkiest water types around, I'm scared lol.

ooooooooh it looks sweet! liking the design. Those new attacks/abilities sound very useful/impressive as well. Dragon Ascent is gonna knock 'em dead for sure! :cat:

Rayquaza is already overpowered as is. :eek:
 
So it becomes a counter for Primal Kyogre/Groudon? Not like we didn't expect it, but it's good all the same.

Interesting... Mega Rayquaza design is pretty sweet, if you ask me. The Mega Forme looks very intimidating and epic at the same time. The color scheme is pretty unique, too.

Those new attacks/abilities are quite impressive, I must say.

It keep making me excited for its release!

Mega rayquaza is so freaking epic!!! I cant wait to play the game...also..that delta stream ability and dragon ascent moves are sooo...awesome!! :eek:
 
It better not have good offensive stats. I'm calling it an Uber already because that weather nerf looks sad. :panda: Guess I'll need a tanky flying type to go with it (Vespiquen ftw!!! It's gonna look so evil now with that ability as support.) People they be complaining though so I can see noobs using him all the time (if not Mega Kanga).

Sounds great but I think mega Rayquaza is kind of ugly with those huge blade like thinks at the sie of it's head...I like the rest of it's looks though. The green parts of its skin look like they almost reflect light. It's so shiny. <3 On the other hand a mega evolved Rayquza...Woah.
