If you buy Megaman Legacy Collection on Steam many of you may be surprised with a blackscreen that will play forever (Only Steam Version, Console versions excluded) , but its not a waste of money, you can get the game working really easily so if this happens im giving u some steps 
Enter the file explorer and select your drive (Jotape in my case)
Then go to "Program Files (x86)", go to your "steam" folder, select "SteamApps" folder and go to the "Common" folder, there select a folder called "Suzy" (Yep that is the name for Megaman Legacy Collection Ik wth) there you will find a program called "Proteus.exe" right click on it and hit properties, then go to the compatibility tab
Now make sure "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" has a checkmark and select your operation system (In my case windows 8)
and hit apply
Now everything should look like this: (with your operation system obviously if you dont have windows 8)
Enjoy your game and live the classics once again-
