"Hello, I came here today to voice my opinions on my recent ban. I know I gave Marc a solid reason to ban me and I take full responsibility for that, however the way he treated me was completely childish and absurd. I would rather not post here, but as someone I used to know said, "it's the internet and anyone can do what they want."

I was banned from Pedia solely for the purpose of swearing in the shoutbox and offending members, and for that I take full and total responsibility. It was childish and I was acting out because I didn't want to fullfill my duties as a part of the 3DS Pedia blog. When I got banned, Marc initially banned me for one month (August 28 - September 28) for swearing, which was completely understandable. I was supposed to be reviewing a game and I completely shoved it aside and didn't review it - once again, completely childish, so when I got banned Marc bought the game and reviewed it himself. After he was finished reviewing it, he bumped my ban from one month to permanant without warning. I hadn't done anything else obviously seeing as I was banned, so this was completely unreasonable.

I mean shoot, every forum should have a way to appeal a ban. Dang son.

I understand I offended a few select members with my swears in the shoutbox and for that I am truly sorry. I'm sorry for neglecting my obligation of reviewing that game, and I'm sorry for being a jerk. But at the end of the day, I really just want to get my Paper Mario VC code I bought from someone and never used."

I hadn't done anything else obviously seeing as I was banned, so this was completely unreasonable.

I had a change of heart after reading a member's thoughts about the day. He isn't getting unbanned.

I know this may not be my place to say anything but I would just like to say BJfauble was initially nice to me but then he started acting like a jerk.

He was trying to get banned, and he offended members into very nearly leaving the forum, so he shouldn't expect to get unbanned. After all, if he was trying to get banned, it's obvious he was looking forward to a permanent ban just so that people here would lose the little respect they had left for him.

It's rather hypocritical, saying he's 'truly sorry' and at the same time telling other members that he doesn't 'give a f-- about 3DS Pedia now.'

I will be honest, and like @Spinnerweb said, he was trying to get banned.

Meanwhile I didn't saw the shoutbox begging from him because I'm not that active in the forum part of the site, he accepted to do two reviews he didn't finish after more than one month since its release for both, lied me about doing both reviews (he did the Call of Duty Ghost review meanwhile he promised to finish the second one due I did it the first one instead).

He was nice when he started, got his place on the Event Team but yeah, he started to act like a Jerk with the time, and I can't denied that.

Ok. I knew Bo for a bit, and I will give my opinion on the matter. Bo was indeed trying to be banned, I talked to him in PM and he told me that he wanted to start his own website and that "This was a milestone" for him, and that he gained "valuable" experience from reviewing games for the site. I completely agree with @Marc's decision to ban Bo. Marc's decision was completely unbiased despite what some members would think, as many members reported him and asked him to be banned because of his offensive language and harassment of members.

I did a little tweet saying we're asking with a staff email plus he's no longer reviewing for us. I don't want him to use us to ask review codes on our name.

I was there on the night he got banned. I left partly into the incident (not permanently, obviously) and by the time I returned he was already over with. So I don't know every detail but I heard more than once that he was trying to take it out on me. I guess that it was for my own good that I happened to leave.

When I first met him he was nice, I guess. I don't really remember anymore because my mind has been foggy with things like that lately, but if it were me I would do exactly what Marc did. What BJ did was wrong, and if he wanted a ban, well, he got one. He shouldn't expect to have it reversed after an incident like that. And that's what he wanted, wasn't it?

personally anything and everything on this site is a privilege not a right and can be taken away like your play coins and codes earn here. i been on many sites that don't give squat and many make you pay for stuff. this is one of the first where admins freely give stuff out. i realize he was staff and alot were friends with him but what friend goes threw and bad mouths your home( the site is that to me) and have you sit back and take it. we are growing at a bigger rate now then we had been when he was here. i am seeing new members use the shout box and and ask questions.

Many people use the shoutbox to ask questions because typically it's faster and sometimes easier than making a thread for it. Even I do that at times. That's one of the purposes the shoutbox can be used for. What BJ has said and did to offend and harrass other members is NOT what one of the purposes the shoutbox should be used for. Bottom line.
