The four dlc characters for SSB4 are awesome and I haven't lost a single match yet using them. Wolf should be out soon and Ice Climbers so that's gonna be great. The four out already are the strongest in SSB4 and I hope Nintendo will continue to make more dlc characters.

Mewtwo is strong, but not top tier. He can kill easily if you know what you're doing but can BE killed easily also due to his light weight. Roy is buffed from Melee, but he has a bad recovery, in my opinion. And Lucas, maybe around mid to high tier. Ryu, I can see top tier.

Mewtwo is indeed a considerably pronounced glass cannon of a character.

What? Roy's Blazer illuminates the opportunity of both a horizontal or vertical recovery option, unlike Marth and Lucina's Dolphin Slash which possesses a strictly vertical lateral motion. It is more viable upon close inspection. They may have access to Shield Breaker, but that causes situations saturated with risk.

ice climbers can never be in due to technical limitations of the 3ds. And they won't make it a wii u exclusive or only have one of them. And if they are the strongest, why are tournament players still flooding the game with fire emblem, diddy kong, rosalina, sheeek, fax, etc. The strongest character in smash is obviously cirno.
 
I only tried out Mewtwo as a DLC character. I have to say, Mewtwo isn't for me. This charcater is a bit too floaty, which is a good thing and a bad thing. The bad thing is that when I try to stop dashing, Mewtwo has to do this spin and then stop. That may be nitpicking, but it leaves you vulnerable. The good thing is that the air dodges lasts longer. I tried Lucas in Brawl, but I think he has gotten a buff as a DLC character.
 
I know I'm kinda late posting this. Mewtwo is the great. (Got him for free loved it.) But honestly he gets the same love he (it) got in melee. Roy and Lucas I honestly have to say I like Ness and Marth better. Marth is better for beginners and Lucas is flawed by the fact that you can give Ness his moveset. (Except online) I haven't gotten Ryu but he is very complicated if you haven't played street fighter. If you have don't spam. You know what I mean. :vamp:
 
I guess I'm wrong and right at the same time, I'm wrong because you guys have a good point, I'm right because I know how to use the characters, it's the players that make characters seem strong if you know what you're doing, and I've been been playing smash for a while now so I guess I've just gotten so good at the game I can't see the difference.

No they aren't. Neither of them have been confirmed, or even hinted at.
