Here in North America, the top prize was $1,000,000 for Seasons 1 and 2 (and $3,000,000 during Christmas episodes) followed by $250,000 for Seasons 3 and 4.
Every season had ten games to play for those two top prize amounts while the Christmas episodes had twelve games to play.
