Aside from the Shiny Beldum event, new Mega Evos, etc while researching for updates for the upcoming Pokemon ORAS, I found that Serebii updated and gave us some juicy details about the game.

Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire - Details

The Pokémon Company International has sent out a release detailing more about the news that has come this past week. It has also confirmed that the west is to get the Shiny Beldum event from game launch. Mega Lopunny gets increased Attack & Speed, Mega Salamence gets increased Defense and Mega Altaria getsincreased Attack & Special Attack, with a smaller Defense boost
Hordes have also been confirmed to return to the game, with an added bit against trainers. Cosplay Pikachu is confirmed to be separate to normal Pikachu and is the only one that can be dressed up.
Contest Spectacular has also got a brand new feature where you can use the 3DS's camera to implant yourself into the Pokémon Contest stage. Like before, you can gain various fans as your contest successes mount, and these fans can give you various items such as berries and more. Also, this confirms that the creation of PokéBlocks to improve your contest stat makes a return."

It's good to know about the Mega Pokemon's stats a little bit more. I still don't like how Altaria isn't a Defnsive Poke but people will find a use for it. The Cosplay Pikachu isn't super exciting but it's a thing nonetheless. Pokeblocks reappearance is great and this means Milotic can evolve normally again and knowing Pokemon it'll be much easier to get max Beauty (but personally I want the Enigma Berries and other eReader cards back so there might be an attachment that can still support them but it's a slim chance). And the usage of the 3DS camera is neat too. It looked like contests are changing a little bit and if you can contest battle online that would be a great new feature for the games. From the looks of the way the new Megas are evolving I think you won't be able to trade Mega items but that's just me.

Ok, what was that move used by Mega Salamence in that trailer? It looked like Extremespeed or some other speedy (priority m) move. If it's Extremespeed then we're <censored> (Specially, Mega Pinsir is <censored> for sure). Bye bye Quick Attack!

Imo that was Double Edge in the video which also sounds deadly. It certainly was not QA or ES because I've seen those animations before.

Oh, man that sucks. I hope they give it ES because that's going to be really deadly. Otherwise, Return and Thrash are going to be 2 viable options for MegaMence.

I can't wait to get mega Salamence and Mega Altaria. They seem really strong. Especially Mega Altaria becoming Dragon Fairy type just like Mega Latias. Even though Mega Lopunny looks strong too, I have never had an interest in Lopunny.

I'm pumped for the game more than I was for X and Y, and I'm looking forward to using Mega Salamence, Sceptile, and Metagross, as well as Lopunny. I can't believe that Altaria got a Mega Evolution, it's just such a terrible Pokemon, I don't see why it go one. Crawdaunt or Flygon should've got one. And now with Mega Slowbro and Audino, what were they thinking?

Anyways, You better hurry fast or you'll lose that chance to get one! It has battle ready moves specially for their Mega Evolution and you guessed it, its not 5/6iv... Anyways get your respective Pokemon now or you'll miss it!
