Most challenging puzzles

The ones that come to mind for me are all of the water pumps in the great bay temple in Majora's Mask, as well at the statues outside of the Temple of Time in Twilight Princess. I know there are definitely many more
 
The one I hated was getting the freaking Master Sword the statue guys were frustrating and not to mention I managed to goof up each time....

Spirit Tracks and the Ends of the Earth stage was so annoying I honestly had to use the walkthrough book that my mom got me for that level.
 
I remember the Block Puzzle in the snowpeak ruins Dungeon in twilight princess. It was so hard! I used ages before I got it right, only to Discover that I had to do it again With a Third Block. So annoying... Also the sky keep Dungeon in SS was hard. I had such a difficult time connecting the rooms to the right ones... Sometimes Zelda is harsh...
 
Well everybody hates Water Temples of course so I will decide to start by saying something very different . I will say that the Ice Palace in The Legend of Zelda : A Link to The Past was a very tricky in many ways . You really have to go in some sort of loophole thing and it is very annoying when you did something slightly wrong because you will have to go around all over again . Really terrible :/
 
Might be stupid but... on DS, when you need to print the map on the bottom screen.... It took me way too long to figure it out, I was totally stuck o_O
 
talking about puzzles i have just finished legend of zelda skyward sword in my wii system and to me the most difficult puzzle was the one in the goddess temple, the one you have to overcome to get the triforce pieces. you start out in a room that has a control tabel, it has the possibility of controlling the rooms that are in the temple, but you have to be careful because you must watch out to be able to get out from a room and be able to get in the next one.
 
I think the hardest puzzles are the ice and block puzzles. They can pe from any game but the ones from Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks are really annoying. They are so hard to figure out and I just manage to get the blocks to slide in circles. The twilight princess master sword statue puzzle was also really difficult.
 
Everybody says Water Temples but they aren't actually hard just easy to forgot everyhing so if you remember it better or write it down, it is easy. Hate me, but I thought the Shadow Temples were the hardiest :playful: I couldn't get anything until a week later :panda:
 
I think the hardest puzzle uhm game I found was the phantom toon link game thing. I had to look up how to beat the final boss . Some puzzles made me actually think for a little while. Every other games I just go and easily find my way through.
