Most craziest hairstyle in anime?

Which anime character, do you think, has the most outrageous hairstyle ever? Super spiky, multicolored, face-covering...the possibilities are endless! Make sure you include the anime series the character is from, and a picture (just take one off google images) so we can get an idea! :3

Super Saiyan hair is the craziest by a light year.

Jessie's hair from Pokemon is pretty dang crazy too:

While maybe not the craziest, Tobitaka from Inazuma Eleven has some rather interesting hair. It's more crazy in design than complexity like Super Saiyan hair is, considering Level Five doesn't animate designs with every little detail put in.

And a gif that shows of the back of his hair. Honestly, it looks more like a moose than an eagle to me, as it's supposed to be an eagle.
Also, all anime characters with weird hair make me wonder how hard it is to animate them. I can barely draw simple hair. This is beyond me.

Since we're talking about Pokemon... I guess my vote has to be her (even though I don't really know what her name is in the series since I stopped watching the anime before it even reached Black/White).

Her hair sort of reminds me of a Pokemon >.< (you have the ears and the tail).
