Most Disappointing Legendary(s)

So, *most* legendaries I believe are pretty rad in both design and story. However, a few really grind on my gears. For example, Terrakion/Cobalion/Virizion are probably my least favorite legendaries. Their design is rather bland if you ask me and the story behind them in the movies is pretty lame.

What legendaries grind on your gears? Why don't you like these legendaries? What would you change to make them better overall?
 
For me I don't particularly like Landorus, Tornadus, and Thunderus...they seem like knockoffs of Entei, Raikou, Suicune.

Not to mention their other forms looked weird.

Also Meloetta was pretty boring, not to mention the anime made a huge deal about her.
 
I found Zygarde really disappointing. With a really meh ability plus the game having another Dragon/Ground Pokemon out there (*cough*Garchomp*cough*) that does better, I just can't seem to see this green SnakeDragon as something awesome.
 
I would say meloetta since it is not really powerful to me and although it has some different forms I still don't like them,the design is normal with me but I don't really like meloetta or celebi because of their moveset and stats for a legendary pokemon.
 
Zygarde, it's just plain overall, also Sword of justice legendaries are quite boring and their designs aren't really into my taste
 
I also don't really like Terrakion / Cobalion / and Virizion because theey are pretty lame too and what I don't like about them is that these pokemons are very hard to train comparing them to real legendaries ..... and I don't like when pokemon are hard to train .....................;)
 
Honestly, I think Victini is a real let down.
Everybody wants one but it really isn't that great :(
 
I'm gonna have to agree with everyone one else: Zygarde was very disappointing. Xerneas and Yveltal are both more powerful imo, and just makes Zygarde look weak compared to the two. If you have time to setup, Coil Zygarde is okay, but it takes time, because he doesn't have a very high attack stat to begin with.
 
In my opinion, Zygarde (XY) was the most disappointing. :/ It's stats were not really that great and the design looked... Icky
Phione was also pretty bad (if it is considered a legendary) useless in battle, but it did look suuuppper cute. Regigigas looks boss, but its ability Slow Start, which makes its Attack and Speed halved for the first five turns, maybe it was to balance it out.

zygarde not yet confirmed by Nintendo no pokemon card for it no official artwork and is complete garbage like phione but was close phione more like iphone LOLOL

Phione. Why is it even a legendary? It's base stats are that of a regular pokemon. Also, it's a uglier version of Manaphy. IMO

I agree jeff. They do seem like knockoffs (GET IT) of the original trio c:

I agree with you on the phione. Now that I think about ut, is it even legendary? XD

Agreed on both accounts. Frankly the trios are becoming more and more ordinary in terms of both design and usefulness. If I were to go through my box and not know any of the three weather Pokemon were legendaries, I'd think they were regular Pokemon to be honest.
