I am not sure if this is already a thread or not. I am not sure xD. But anyway, what is the most puzzling Zelda game to you? If I had a list of most puzzling Zelda games not many 2D Zelda would be in it probably. The 3D games are more puzzling. The 3rd dimension really makes puzzles more complex at times. I would Say Majoras Mask was the most Puzzling, Skyward Sword comes close at second place though.

What do you guys think? What is (or was) the most Puzzling Zelda game to you?

2d Zelda games can be puzzling too :p and that game is LoZ: A Link to the Past. It's quite challenging when it comes to the dungeons in the Dark World and I can say it's almost as difficult as the a lot of the 3d Zelda games. It had many secrets, cracked wall, and stuff which made it really hard. I really hated the Ice Palace and Turtle Rock which were very frustrating.

The most puzzling 3d Zelda game would be OoT: Master Quest :p I got stuck in every point of each dungeon but I still managed to beat it (without a guide too :woot:) I like how it has you checking your surroundings and the littlest details from the different aspects 3d Zelda games can offer.

majoa mask you have to finish the dungons in time finish the regest in time and do everything in time or you have to start over

I would have to say Skywardsword. The puzzles you're completing throughout the game can be real brainteasers, especially the dungeon puzzles. For how small the dungeons appear to be the mechanics within them more than make up for it. It took me longer to understand some of the puzzles then the ones given to you in Majora's Mask. Granted I like Majora's Mask more.

I would have to say Ocarina of time xD. Especially the water temple. And I thought the shadow temple was nerve racking. The water temple was pretty annoying, and I was confused, I forgot where I was, and it was the first temple that I had to look up on zelda dungeon :p

2D Zelda games are the most puzzling of them all. Look at the first Zelda game and others such as a Link to the Past. Great games, but very hard. Some games even live up to it's type, such as Oracle of Ages, which is mainly focused on puzzles rather than combat, like in Oracle of Seasons.

I think it was A Link Between Worlds. The wall merging made for some interesting puzzles and the puzzle rooms hidden throughout Lorule and Hyrule create a challenge. There is one next to the abandoned house in Lorule that I just can't solve! Truly an amazing puzzle as well as adventure game.
