Most Useless power?

What is the most useless power you have ever had in a video game? And by powers I mean any weapon at your disposal that is not gun or sword or any object used to inflict pain.

For me, it has to be either any effect spell in any Final Fantasy, or PK Thunder from earthbound. The chances for them to work on any enemy are so low, that using them is basically paying to lose a turn.

Probably those 1 hit KO attacks from the Pokemon games. I think I've only ever been successful once with those moves in all my years of playing Pokemon.

same here. Why use up a move on something has a slim chance of even working? xD

Might as well use a normal attack.
