Move to xenForo 2: New theme?

I have a developer working on the last of two add-ons we need ported over to xenForo 2. I can see Pedia being upgraded in the next 1-3 months if everything goes well. So now is decision time

Port over current theme or should there be a totally new theme (made by me) for Pedia?
