This is a question for all you artists, coders, puzzle-gamers and other focused types: What kind of music do you listen to as you draw/code/game/ect...

For me, I find that my drawing music starts as gritty excited metal and rock when I sketch something, but chill blues and electronica as I refine it endlessly. Perfect considering that the stages reflect the music I'm hearing.
Names include:

For sketch music
Nine Inch Nails
Queens of the Stone Age
Red Hot Chili Peppers
and Celldweller.

For refining music
Gorillaz
Spin Doctors
Some of CCR & Beatles
and John Mayer.

What's on your drawing/coding/gaming playlist?

Reactions: Livada
Nujabes
Flying Lotus
Portishead
The Pillows
Anamanaguchi
Godspeed You! Black Emperor
Anime OSTs, Film soundtracks, etc

It depends on the mood, but for more chill I'd go with:

The Maine
Stephen Lynch
Marianas Trench
Fall Out Boy
Panic At The Disco
Airspoken
Ghost Town
Lindsey Stirling
Mayday Parade

But for more intense sessions I go for:

Famous Last Words
Ice Nine Kills
One Last Look
Bring Me The Horizon
Chasing Safety
Youth In Revolt
Get Scared
Issues
Machine Gun Kelly
SECRETS

I know out of that list Get Scared,Fall Out Boy and Panic At The Disco but my favorite would have to be Fall Out Boy

For me it's these songs

Anime OSTs
Disney OSTs
Videogame OSTs
Breaking Benjamin
Coldplay
Marilyn Manson
TheLivingTombstones

And sometimes I love to listen to good ol K.K. Slider too.

When I used to work on graphics I would usually only really listen to stuff like RHCP, Sublime, Nirvana, etc. My usual choice of music consists of a lot of metal and heavy rock type stuff but I usually need something mellow when I am waiting for vibes to come through my brain.

When I'm drawing I play all songs I have on my removable hard drive, but usually the playlist begin with a soothing music, a Melodic Death Metal, something like Insomnium or Eternal Tears of Sorrow. Then it turns into something faster, Heavy/Speed Metal, something like Judas Priest and Motorhead, sometimes even Metallica, but in the end it turns into rock or grunge, like Pink Floyd, Nirvana or sometimes even Alice in Chains.
