For Gothitelle, Psyshock is a better option so you don't get walled by certain pokemon with high Sp Def. (Ex: Blissey)

For Chansey, I'd personally replace thunder wave with toxic, because if a Pokemon that is immune to fight uses taunt on you, you're screwed >.< with toxic you can dish out some health gradually.

For clefable, I'd put wish over Softboiled because it's bulky enough to pass wishes around but that's up to you.
