My Little Monster

Over the past week I watched an anime called My Little Monster and thought it was really good. Synopsis because I'm terrible at describing things:

Shizuku, a hardworking student who isn't interested in socializing, finds an unlikely friend in Haru, an emotionally volatile boy at her school.


So yeah, it's basically just a slice of life romance anime. I really like slice of life manga/anime stories if you haven't noticed yet. Has anyone here seen it? It's on Netflix if it sounds like something you're interested in.

I read the manga up to a certain point a year or so back, then dropped it.
I think I was waiting for it to finish? Anyway, It's a really nice cute story, actually. I don't like a lot of Shoujou, but I kind of thought it was nice.

You mean Kaibutsu Kun? I really liked that series, from what I've seen of it. In fact, I dropped it half-way for no reason. Thanks for reminding me it existed!

I haven't had the chance to read the manga yet. Personally shorter series like this I prefer watching the anime of.

I read this thread and I was kinda in need of a lighter anime, since the last few animes I've watched were all horror/drama/thriller, so I tried this one, and so far I love it! I've watched 4 episodes today (which is A LOT for me) and 2 yesterday. I love the dorky humor, Haru's weirdness, and the cuteness between Haru and Shizuku. I could use a bit of Haru-ness in my life
