Gen 1 My Opinons No one Agree's with:Gen 1 edition

These are my Opinons,you don't have to agree with them,this Continues my trend of Opinons No One Agrees with

1:Gen 1 had some really uncreative pokemon,people think today trubish,Vinalite and Klefki are unorignal,take a look back,Gen 1: A Mole,A Ball,A Magnet they may be the orignal 151 but there desgines are unorginal

2.Gen 1 was A horrible Gerenation,again it may have been the first,but its also the worst,Bad type balancing,bugs out the wazoo an is overall,just unstable

3.Genwunners need to shut up! Arceus above these people are annoying,it drives my Crazy! be quite for Arceus sake! Gen 1 isnt perfect,in fact as perviously mentioned it's the worse

4.Mewtwo isnt the best thing sense Sliced Bread people,let him fade away,true he got mega's,but so did a ton of other pokemon that needed them more than this overrated pokemon

Lol when you said no one agrees with you weren't lying.
Firstly and foremost, Gen 1 were great games. Not only have they aged extremely well, they are still solid games. Perhaps when comparing to the new games the battle system is not as refined but that was never the point of the first Gen. The real purpose of the first game more than any other Gen was to get your favourite Pokemon and make a team of pokemon you really liked. The typing and the imbalance honestly never affected me much.

The genwunners shutting up thing honestly feels kind of mean to me but I guess it's just me being a little oversensitive.

As for mewtwo it's a pretty fun Pokemon with the right feel to it. It was the final boss, even after the elite four and felt like it. Capturing it was an epic feeling and using it even more so. TheJwittz really captured that in his most recent video.

I agree with your point about the uncreative pokemon, but it wasn't all uncreative pokemon. There will always be cool and lame ones in each generation. I think saying Gen 1 was awful is sort of unfair, purely because it was the first game of the series ever, so of course there will be imbalances and problems. Psychic types were unbalanced so I'm not complaining about a good bug type. I loved them for the original games for the nostalgia, if you play expecting a perfect game with perfect balance and mechanics, you're obviously gonna hate it. Some features do suck, like the lack of running shoes, but without further games we never would have experienced them, so comparing it to say, B/W is unfair. Also using Arceus instead of God is, well, a bit weird to me, like do you speak like that in real life? Anyway. Sliced bread people would be pretty weird, and Mewtwo is great, not the best Pokemon ever, I never use it, but in its movies it was amazing.
For me Gen 1 wasn't the first games I played (Gen 3 for life), but they were the basis of the best games I've ever played.

I don't disagree about 4. I don't care much about Mewtwo.

I kind of agree with 3. I think that Gen 2 was the best so Genwunners indeed need to calm down, but I wouldn't say Gen 1 was the worse.

I don't agree with 2. I don't know about type balancing but since it didn't have online play, it's not that of a problem. And bugs are fun ! Or maybe it's just because I am a dev that I like to see bugs in other people's programs

And I kind of agree with what you say in your first point but I still disagree with it. Yeah, totally makes sense.
I mean, ok, they are not creative, I can't really say anything about it. But on the other hand, how is that a problem ? You see a mole, you know without needing to check on the internet what type it is. And all Pokémons were creatures that would probably be possible in a parallel world so uncreative but not unrealistic. Now what do we have in latest gens ?

Those two Pokémons can't live, they can't be, they can't anything. I don't care how balanced they are or whatever, those are not Pocket Monsters, they are just keys and swords, they can't be living creatures (plus, they are not exactly more creative).
So yeah, I agree about the need of creativity but they should probably not go too far or we will fight a 3DS in their next Pokémon game.

Well, nothing is ever perfect when it is first released. Especially not Gameboy games. So when Pokemon R/B/G were released (correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe these are the first?), of course they weren't perfect. Nowhere near, as you stated. But people didn't really care. It was a unique idea, and people played the games nonetheless.

Those two Pokémons can't live, they can't be, they can't anything. I don't care how balanced they are or whatever, those are not Pocket Monsters, they are just keys and swords, they can't be living creatures (plus, they are not exactly more creative).
So yeah, I agree about the need of creativity but they should probably not go too far or we will fight a 3DS in their next Pokémon game.

Don't be giving them any ideas! I don't really want to catch a Shiny 3DS. I'd just polish my own if I wanted to have one!

1.) I think Gen 1 was a starting point for pokemon designs. It shaped the series. I think they were nice designs.

2.) Why'd you repeat this? You could've said it in #1 haha.

3.)Why is it worse? I don't understand haha.

4.) Mewtwo is a great pokemon, Like many others. I think he's overrated cause of smash haha.

The thing about this is that many of these problems were improved or fixed in leaf green/fire red. Some people believe that remakes of these games are unnecessary, but with the constantly shifting game elements many of them really are. I played leaf green first, and it honestly makes red and blue look like trash. Although I don't ever plan on buying omega ruby or alpha sapphire, because I have already played the original emerald, I perhaps will buy a new version of emerald if enough changes are made to keep it interesting

Generation 1 games were an inspiration and is what really started to make pokemon popular through the series and the games,though the games were improved it became better and more graphics for example compare gen 1 games now to ORAS.A set of differences can be seen but if it weren't for gen 1 pokemon wouldn't be the same or wouldn't be a thing.

For #1, I'd like to use the same argument I use against genwunners. You say there's a mole, a magnet, and a Pokéball.
Well, In gen 6 we have a Keychain with a keyhole. In gen 5 we have a bag of trash. In gen 4 we have a Giant Skunk-thing.
EVERY Generation of Pokémon have a few silly Pokémon. And that's alright. Every generation also has really cool Pokémon.
Don't just block out the rest.

As for #2 & 3? I doubt I have to say any more than what's already been said by about these two points.

#4. Mewtwo is in no way overrated. While I agree that even without a Mega it was crazy strong, and It might not have even needed Megas, but that's that.
Honestly I don't see a lot of people worshipping Metwo as if it was their god.

I know how sometimes some genwunners say things like the first Generation was the best, and the rest are terrible.
Which is why I believe you're so against the first Gen.
But then, aren't you doing the same thing as the people you are tired of? They grew up with that generation on Pokémon, so of course it means a lot to them.
I'm someone who enjoys all generations of Pokémon. And I think Saying "Oh, this one is the best, everything else sucks" or bashing someone for liking what they do is wrong. If you like something? Oh, good for you. Have fun with that, I hope you really do. Just don't go around bashing other opinions. ^^

1. Let's be honest, every Gen has its share of boring/ugly/unoriginal Pokemon.
2. Well they were the first Pokemon games ever. A lot of things were definitely unpolished.
3. Definitely. Genwunners should take their nostalgia-glasses off some time, they're missing out on a lot of fun by being Genwunners
4. Mewtwo, huh? I'm gonna be obviously biased about this one... so nvm lol
