I'm creating a tournament for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

This tournament will last for two weeks.

If you'd like to enter, pay me 5 Play Coins!

This tourney will be held from February 2nd-16th.

Capacity: 16 Players

1st Place: 10 Play Coins
2nd Place: 5 Play Coins
3rd Place: 2 Play Coins

Deadline is January 31st, 2016!

Don't you think the prizes are a little small? The amount of PC paid for this tourney if everyone joined is ~75 PC and you only giveaway 17 of that. Not to mention 2 and 3 don't pass the fee. So you need to lower the entrance fee or raise the prizes.

Well, I only put what I put because of the number of Play Coins I own. Besides, if enough of you guys pay me, I can give the Coins Shown above.
 
If you're wanting to do something like this, my suggestion is the best thing to do is to set percentages for the prizes, instead of just set numbers. For instance, first prize could be 1/2 of the coins paid by people to participate, while 2nd and 3rd each get one 1/4. Or something like that.

If your prices to enter are that high and the only person that benefits from it is 1st place (heck the way you have it set up 3rd place loses coins :/ ) no one will want to join.

Well, considering that I'm technically still a newbie, this is the way I'm doing it.

And I don't know what the other guy said about the minimum number of Play Coins to give away is 75.

Also, there is no even percentage of 10 for 1/4.

Maybe this thread was a bad idea and if Marc sees this, he'll probably give me a strike or something. (I don't know...)

I will admit that giving back 2 Play Coins results in losing 3, but I don't know how I should make this fair.

Not that I know of, but to earn Play Coins, try posting messages that make paragraphs in a thread. If your message is long enough, you can earn a few Play Coins.

When you collect enough, click on my Play Coins and go to where it says donate; that's how you give Play Coins to another user.
