I did some search, and meanwhile I don't care if it was free on Xbox Live Gold little time ago, the actual price of the game is $19.99 physical and $24.99 digital (Xbox Market Official Page).

Official price is $25 still most Xbox 360 owners already got their free copy (you must pay to use the online after all) so selling it will be quite hard.
