I've been reading a lot of manga lately and uv mainly read naruto, and we all know kakashi's books that he reads in his free time. The most that was said about the book was by kakashi saying to naruto "you can't appreciate such perfect litatuture" at one point in the authors diaries it said " I've gotten many questions on what is in kakashi's book(come come paradise), all I'll say is that there's a reason why it says no kids on the back..."

And in a short film in shippuden naruto steals kakashi's book while hes on a mission and while he's opening it a gold flash comes from the book before kakashi does the 1000 years of death on naruto.
