On this page you can get one ditto 6IV, jolly , Adamant, Timid or Modest, shiny and from other country, simply creating a post there.
You can find the format for this on the page, but all you need is a random pokemon you have, an account on reddit over 2 weeks and 1 karma point. They will send your Ditto by GTS.
Notice: THESE ARE NOT LEGAL Dittos, so it is forbidden to use it to TRADE, they are simply to facilitate the task of raising pokémon
