First of all, selling stuff should happen in the Nookling Junction.
Secondly, you can only sell shinies that are under your OT/ID. That rule is due to many shinies being hacked.
Last but not least, I'd love to buy your Victini and Celebi. I usually pay after trade. My friendcode (fc) is in my signature (the image below) what is your fc, so I can add you for trading? Also, you are going to need an enormous amount of pc for alpha sapphire, I am not sure whether you can get that by selling pokemon.
