Netflix Still Not On European eShop?

I just simply don't understand why the Netflix 3DS application hasn't been released in Europe yet. Are the US the only people that have it on the eShop? It's just strange as I can't see the issue in simply releasing it in Europe. Is it just that they never got around to it? :pompus:
