New 3DS (non XL)?

So I've been contemplating trading in my 3DS XL for a new 3DS but not the XL. I find the XL is just too big for me to keep in my pocket. When I had the regular 3DS I had no issues. I also found that I liked the smaller screen for the resolution the 3DS's are on. The only way, currently, to get a New 3DS non XL is the Animal Crossing bundle, but I'm not a big Animal Crossing fan (don't hate me). Should I wait another month in hopes for a stand alone version or just get the Animal Crossing one & get new face plates? Thoughts?

I do like animal crossing games but I dont want the white version I am going to wait until black friday to decide tho

Soo, after some consideration, and looking at the different faceplates available for the smaller New 3DS, I decided to buy it. I'm not normally a white console guy but the different plates look good with the white 3DS. Needless to say, I'll be buying replacement plates very soon. I can't bring it to work with those Animal Crossing plates.......... um, no.

I recently bought a black n3ds and I didn't regret. Best Christmas/Birthday present ever All need now are some games and a faceplate (and preferably a theme or two for my home menu)
