New 3ds twilight princess remake

Cool for hardcore Zelda fans if it's true. A bit too soon after MM3D; maybe they're making their point that the 3DS is up to it as far as N64 remakes go and they want gamers to think the New 3DS will get more GameCube remakes. If it's true of course, which is unconfirmed and it would be kind of silly if it was confirmed so soon after Majora's Mask 3D.

But I hope the 3DS doesn't go back to being a 'remakes console' like it was in its early days.

Well, why not? It seems every other game is getting a remake so xD Ah, but I'd like to see a Wind Waker remake, unless that's already been done. If the N3DS (and I assume you meant Wii .-.) really is up to par with the Wii, then I suppose more Wii games will be coming to the N3DS only..
 
Yeah, not happening.


For one, Majora's Mask 3D isn't even out yet. Two, Twilight Princess doesn't have fans shouting and begging for a remake. While I do think it'll happen eventually, it certainly won't be on the 3DS or New 3DS, if anything it'd be on Wii U in a few years (not saying I think that will happen though.)

My life flashed before my eyes when I saw this thread. Twilight Princess is my fave zelda game but Id be surprised if there's another remake so soon. I mean there's already 3 zelda remakes in the last 4 years but who knows. It does seem like anew trend for Nintendo to remake every single zelda game they can think of.

I doubt that's true. But if it is, I hope they get rid of the stupid fishing mini game you have to do early on. I still haven't beaten the game on wii because I never got past that! CURSE YOU FISHING GAME, CURSE YOU!!!!!
 
Yeah its kinda tingling when into that topic but until Majoras Mask is out and after its been a while and everybody enjoyed then people will suggest the Twilight Princess remake . Its a very great game but the thing is it might not be released until a year or 2 later so it might come to the Wii U but then thats just my theory :chicken:

I agree with you so much. Nintendo games have a lot of potential. Remakes are good, every now and then, but nintendo... please don't overdo it;_;

There's a Windwaker Hd remake on wii U, silly :p if you meant it for ds, that sounds cool, a portable windwaker :D

I agree. Nintendo keeps remaking games. (Stahp it) But someday they'll run out of games to remake :sneaky:... which is when new ones will be made *rinse and repeat*

Ever since the 3DS has come out I've been thinking about this! I agree with @Spinnerweb that they shouldn't overdue the remaking process... But still, this game would be perfect for a remake, they should wait until this fall to confirm it though, and maybe have a December/January release date

I want an all-new shining gold blue-eyes Zelda game!!! And when I say New, I don't mean a sequel or prequel, but an ALL-NEW EXPERIENCE with different gameplay and story!

I could see a remake happening, but way later in the future. I have played Twilight Princess on the GC, because i didn't have a Wii at that time. Although the NN3DS is an awesome piece of hardware, I would like to see a grand-spankin' new, home console grade LoZ on it. With Nintendo working on LoZ for the Wii U which boasts seamless exploration, i don't see this happening anytime soon.

That would be awesome if Zelda Twilight Princess was ported to the 3DS. It is one of my favorite Zelda games. It may have a chance since we are getting remakes of Zelda games that are older (Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask) and I hope that if this does happen, it shouldn't be a New 3ds exclusive. Either way, I still have the Wii version to play on.

I don't expect it to happen. Don't get me wrong, Twilight Princess was one of my favorite 3d Zeldas, but since I don't expect it to happen, I decided to rebuy it off Amazon.

I can see a TP remake, but I doubt we'll see one on 3ds. We've already got both of the N64 Zelda remakes on 3ds, and Wii U has The Wind Waker HD, so if the Wii U continues to stay in Nintendo's prospects after Zelda U is released in 2016, I can assume Twilight Princess will get a Wii U HD remake too. It does deserve one, just like the past three remakes, and I can see a Skyward Sword remake potentially in the next gen. If NX comes sooner, TPHD might end up being an NX title.

That does sound great. Honestly, I'm not really feeling like getting Majora's Mask and I'm not too certain about Orcarina of Time. If this rumor is in fact true, then this remastered Zelda game might be one that I definitely will get. That, and I can't get enough of Minda.
