Moon/Sun New battle format confirmed for Sun and Moon!

In the E3 stream today, Nintendo confirmed a new battle format for Sun and Moon; Battle Royale!
It will be a completely new experience, 4 trainers will face off at once in a free-for-all!

Although not an official format, people would always have free-for-all battles in 6th gen. but now that it's an official battle style, it'll be even more amazing!

Whenever somebody has no Pokemon left, whoever had the most kills is the winner

Hate to burst your bubble, but it's 3 Pokemon per trainer.

Also, it turns out that the Pokemon you have remaining at the end of a Battle Royale counts toward a win too.

Yeah, a last man standing format would have been waaaay cooler. But the four way battling system is still really cool. Anyone know if we're going to be able to play that style with our friends, or has nothing been said about it yet.

I guarantee we will be able to. Having that mode be exclusively single player would just be foolish and make no sense.

But who knows, maybe we'll be able to adjust the rules to make it last man standing?

I like the idea of a that battle format, but it might be a bad idea for a two reasons..
1. 3v1 ( being ganged up on )
2. All range move spams.
So, I think it's a creative idea and I like seeing a new battle format, but it probably won't work.

They'll probably put rules against using area attacks.

Battle Royale seems like a really fun mode to play in Pokemon. But that point system thing is a little too bad thinking about it. Anyway I think that it'll still be fun nonetheless. I would see myself playing it a lot. It's a nice new mode overall. Can't wait to see more about it or how the outcome of how people play it will be =p

Also i want to know if its on the menu screen or if its like on a building in each town because I could be bothered if I had to reset my game every time I want to go there.
