The independent game development team known as Team Colorblind has announced that their new game, Aztez, is coming soon to the Wii U as well as the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Xbox One. A time frame in which the game will come to each console has not yet been released, however, the team has stated that it will initially be released on Steam (PC/Mac/Linux). The game has been described to be bloody, brutal, and chock full of action. As quoted from the game's website, "In Aztez, you expand and maintain the Aztec empire through turn-based strategy, while managing violent outbreaks via real-time beat 'em up sequences. Every game is unique; different events will occur, different challenges will emerge, and different spoils will be taken each time you play."
