New character Max Brass is included in the new ARMS update

ARMS got a free update today and it includes a new playable character - Max Brass.

Has anyone used him yet? How good is he compared to the rest of characters?

I've tested out Max Brass a bit and he's a lot nicer to use than I thought. He's a good balance of agressive and defensive type play. He doesn't feel OP to play as or play against though, and he's certainly not strong enough for me to switch from my MainMain MinMin.
