its notoriusly more detailed than the maps of other game seems and that seems actually useful for the overworld, witch is a nice quality of life thing
anyway this game isnt for me and i wont buy it , but it would be nice to see something like this in gen 8

The new map looks beatiful, but at a quick glance there don't seem to be any new areas.
It would be neat to have such a detailed map ingame.

I like how the map shows you which Pokémon are where besides the legends. Other than that nothing seems to new but I guess this is useful for first timers who haven't played before and are too cheap to buy a strategy guide. Strategy guide Artisan who uses those?

It's gorgeous! I love the level of detail!
On the other hand, it seems to be very faithful to the original layout of the region, so we'll just have to wait and see whether that's good or bad. I definitely love the style though, maybe I'll make one of my own...

Why is there no Tauros, Mewtwo, or Missingno. at Cinnibar Island??
It looks like a really cool map though! I'm looking forward to seeing it in cool 3D!
