This vid shows the new exclusive moves and moves known as Partner Power.

Partner Powers are, in essence, special moves you use when Pikachu or Eevee give you a sign to wave the Joy-Con once your friendship reaches a high level. When they are in battle, Pikachu can unleash the Partner Power Pika Pawow, which raises power the closer you are with Pikachu. As for Eevee, it gains the new move VeeVee Volley, which also raises power the closer you are with Eevee.

As for some exlcusive moves, Pikachu gets a callback in the new move Spishy Splash, which is a Water-type move that can paralyze opponents.

Eevee gains three moves, in accordance to its 3 original evolutionary forms; Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon. The first move being Bouncy Bubble, a Water-type move which deals damage and heals Eevee for half of the damage dealt. The second move is Buzzy Buzz, an Electric-Type move which always paralyzes the opponent. The last move, Sizzly Slide, is a Fire-type move which always burns the opponent.

Talk about name choices X3

The trailer also showcases Secret Techniques, such as Chop Down, Sea Skim and Sky Dash, which act as the HMs Cut, Surf and Fly.

These moves do not take up moveslots.

I don't know about y'all, but I'm still hyped for these games :3

Actually, they appear as a normal Pokémon, but they tinkle a little occasionally to signify that it’s actually a shiny, but its easy to miss.

Ok, i was wrong, I guess i just assumed it would be a little harder than that..

Yep that metapod was red in that gameplay in the overworld. Kind of hard to miss though. Unless you are actually shiny hunting, which then you would be watching.
