New Mega Man Game 2016

What do you think it's gonna be like? Is it going to be Mega Man's original characters in the new game... or Mega Man Legends' characters? Will they stick to the original formulas or make another crappy reboot like Rockman.exe? Will it be in 2D or 3D? Will it be a platformer/RPG or a senseless-but-fun spin-off? Will it be compatible with amiibo or just DLC's and unlocks? I hope it's the original game as a jump/shoot 3D platformer compatible with amiibo and DLC's(for those who don't have a Wii or New 3DS.)
 
Eh, what? There's a new Mega Man? Care to elaborate? No websites I frequent have reported on this.

In July of 2015, it will be Sengoku Basara‘s 10th anniversary, so I believe there will be plenty to be excited about. Also, in 2015 we’ll also have Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, and the newest title from a series you guys have been waiting for, and [even] more titles to be announced that we hope you’ll enjoy.”

This doesn't confirm anything and he didn't even hint toward Mega Man. For all we know it could be a new Breath of Fire.
