Spin Off New Megas

Hey everyone! Your favorite tentacool back with another Pokémon Thread! In this thread, we'll be discussing the potential new megas yet to come to pokemon. If you don't know what I'm talking about, Mega evolution is a mechanic that was introduced in the 6th/last generation of Pokemon. It causes certain pokemon to go even beyond their final evolution stage and become a free legendary substitute for your team. I personally want a mega for, you guessed it, Tentacruel!!!! When I first saw the trailer for Mega evolution, I was like, "Please mega tentacruel, please mega tnetacruel! What!?!?! There's no mega tentacruel!?!?!" SO yeah that's my wish for gen 7, but what are your's?

Lets see... my dream mega would have to be Hydreigon. mostly just because I want to see the crazy design he'll have after mega evolution. 4 heads? 5 heads? who knows but it's gonna be beast! I wonder If they'll replace levitate with hustle or something.

Yeah that's awesome! I think tentacruel's mega ability would be like levitate just to get rid of the ground weakness.

tbh what would you think if they turned tenacruel into an electric jellyfish? like get rid of water typing, have levitate on it and be electric/poison type. They sorta did that with ampharos by giving em dragon pulse.

For Potential Mega Evolution Pokemon I think it depends on the Pokemon's egg groups. For example, Milotic has a high chance of a Mega Evolution because it also belongs in the Dragon Egg group and that could mean a potential mega evolution where Mega Milotic also becomes a dragon type. Sceptile was also part of the Dragon type egg group and when it gained a Mega Evolution it added a Dragon type to it as well. So I think Pokemon that have two egg groups and only one type have a higher chance of getting a mega evolution. But yet there are also Pokemon that people really like and think they are cool should get a Mega Evolution.
