Support Needed New Nintendo 3ds XL lights turn bright randomly.

I was play my new 3ds xl when I was about to close it then the brightness goes up to 5. I checked my settings and it's on 1 and auto brightness is off. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?
 
Must be a little hardware fault. Nothing to worry bout. ;)
 
This happens to me on my 3DS XL except it goes darker and I use it on level 1. But it usually happens when I have a full battery. Is it when the battery is full? Or is it just spontaneous?
 
Did it occur only once or more often? if it happened only once, don't mind it, it's probably nothing big.
 
I don't know, mine flickers on occasion, but I also always have it on setting one, powersaving mode on. It's probably nothing major.
 
Its probably a fault, but everyone has this same problem(looked up online) and it seems normal, you should be fine
