In a association with DoCoMo mobile service, Nintendo will be launching the Japan-only Tethering for Nintendo 3DS application for Android smartphones and tablets on Google Play.

The free app uses WPS mode and provides us with an easy method to get Nintendo 3DS devices online via a mobile network. Those who use the software and complete a survey between July and September 30 have the chance to receive a download code for a Virtual Console games for the 3DS. The current list of compatible mobile devices.with more compatible phone specification to be added soon:

Well, then, any Android Device can get it. But that's unexpected from Nintendo. Will give it a try when I have time.
