Gen 6 New Vivillon Pattern Confirmed!

Another Vivillon pattern has been confirmed today by Serebii.

According to the source, Nintendo will offer this pattern when over 100 million Pokémons would have been traded on the GTS. The distribution will be worldwide, so, no need to go far away from where you live to get it. (compared to the Poké Ball pattern )

This Vivillon is simply named the "Fancy Pattern Vivillon". Here's what it looks like:

I think this vivillon will be exclusive from the global link, just like the discount coupon, i think its this because there is keyboard in global link website that tells you how many pokemon are traded in the GTS, correct me if im wrong :S

I believe that distribution has ended already, sadly! I think the only way to get it, is to trade with a player who already collected it! I prefer the Pokeball design more though.

No, the distribution didn't even started! As I said, the distribution will start once over 100 millions of Pokémon would have been traded over the GTS. And I doubt that number has been reached as of this post. I'll check, though, because I wouldn't like to miss an event too.

According to Pokemon's website, a new Vivillion pattern has been "discovered", being called the fancy Vivillion pattern. And, as a bonus for 100 million Pokemon traded through the GTS, there is going to be a special event, still yet un-revealed.

The patterns and colors on Vivillon’s wings typically vary based on the region in which a player lives. Because of this characteristic, players around the world have been exchanging Vivillon via the GTS to collect all of the regional patterns.

Now, an additional pattern of Vivillon has been discovered that breaks with tradition. To celebrate the 100 million Pokémon traded via the GTS, the Fancy Pattern Vivillon will soon be available! MORE USELESS MOVES!?! Meh, it's a bug type and it's a different named move so I don't care. Sure it's an event thing but why should we have new moves like this? They should've changed its name to the 8-bit pattern or the already-cheated-and-found-pattern because it was no surprise once it was found along with the Mega Latias and Latios. It's good just to have though for those who don't want to mess with hacking/powersaves.

I got my fançy vivillon today after some 58 soft resets, its Modest Nature / Compound Eyes, Characteristic: Proud of its Power , this is pretty good, but he does not have any perfect ivs , (still the judge says that it have potential overall) i did check and his special attack iv is 30, speed is 28, and the others are pretty good and i cant ask better than this , im not going to use it in competitive anyways because i already have a competitive icy snow pattern vivillon

I still haven't got my fancy Viviliion and I wonder if it's too late now. I never have caught a Vivillion before since it honestly looks like another under-powered bug Pokemon.
