Next Mario Kart characters

What characters would you like to see in the next Mario Kart game? Or, which character(s) would you NOT want in the next Mario Kart game?
 
It would be awesome if all the characters who ever made an appearance in the Mario Kart series were in the game. This would total to at least 70+ characters. That way, nobody would be disappointed in the Mario Kart roster. Some extra characters I'd want to see in the next MK are Nabbit, E-Gadd, and Pauline.

Exactly. Exactly like super smash bros. They are adding more dlc in Mario kart 8 with hopefully some brand new characters. Now if this happens, I feel like it should still be called mario kart since mario started it all. Captain falco would be great too, to the addition of the roster
 
In my opinion, I don't think there gonna have any more MK8 DLC. They could have characters maybe but not anymore tracks.
 
If they do add more DLCs, I'm hoping they add Kirby to the roster, since he seems like the next most worthy character to join. Also they need to bring Diddy Kong back, why didn't they ever put him in the roster. And for taking out characters, I think we don't really need all those koopalings, they just seem to eat up the most space in the roster.
 
I can't really think up for some new characters , but all of them would be really awesome like Oopa stated :p Except that it would take a long time to go find which ones that you want to be :p But it would be pretty cool for someone like Captain Falcon to be in the next Mario Kart game in my opinion .
 
Like the people above me stated, I can't find any characters that would do well and I would like to see in Mario Kart games :confused: I guess that Splatoon characters might be able to fit in because Splatoon is very popular and a lot of people are hyped up about it so it could be a possiblity.
 
Some pokémons? Like Pikachu? Looks like this could totally work!
 
I want nabbit and pokemon like sunny above. I would add bulbasaur and pikachu If I were to decide. And adding inklings from splatoon and even DLC for FE characters would be nice. Now the character I want away from the cast, is baby rosalina. I mean, baby mario and luigi are canon from other games but rosalina baby and peach? Where did they come from?

I agree that Splatoon can be added (quite possible Marie and Callie as they seem so much more popular than the game). Captain Falcon would place 2nd as a possible addition and Kirby is last. I don't even see how he could ride a motorcycle. But I would like to see some Zero Suit Samus. What am I saying? I don't even have a Wii U.

I would love to see them put all of the ones from the wii version that they took out. But if you mean like brand new characters that we have never seen in the series to date then i would have to say that it would be I know that it is called mario kart and not nintendo kart but they added link as dlc so i can't see why they can't add kirby as dlc also! like come on can you even imagine having that pink fluffy ball of awesomeness riding around in a kart with mario! it would be awesome!

They should add Star Fox characters riding in Arwing like cars i dont know i would think that kinda fits perfectly in mayro kratt and even more if Star Fox: Zero is coming out because all da hype. I have Star Fox hype :nailbiting: i need my star fox now if u excuse me i may go on my N64

I hope characters like Fox or even Ness become playable characters. I don't know if Nintendo should add these characters in the newest installment of the Mario Kart series or just add them as DLC. Either way, I am expecting to see their stages. If Fox makes it, why not make a stage on Cornelia? If Ness makes it, why not make a stage on Onett?
