QubicGames has a sale right now where almost all their games are 90% off, about half are £0.15, or $0.17 in the US.

I already got about ten of these from an earlier anniversary but there are plenty here for those who either missed the original giveaway or want to get the games not included in the original, like Eyes: The Horror Game and Not Not - A Brain Buster.

This is kinda a dead thread. I use DekuDeals and personal tastes just to look for games that are on sale. If they are it will say if it's the "lowest price ever" which is really a must-buy selling point for me. They normally don't go lower than a certain price from my experience unless there's a sale and it just launched I think.
