If you buy Nintendo Dogs and Cats on the eshop you will get a download code for a Nintendo dogs and cats theme! I am not planing on buying the game but i do want the theme I am sure others feel this also, what are your thoughts tell us below.
 
Ooooh that's sweet! I won't be buying it but it seems like a nice promo. I hope they'll do more like that in the future.
 
I love Nintendogs and cats since the original 3ds. I don't see how the game change so much except the AR card so I didn't buy it. Getting a theme must be really nice, the dogs and cats are sooo cute :love:
I hope we can create our own theme or they provide more free theme in the future
 
Exactly! I played the crap outta the orignal Nintendogs and now I'm loving dogs + cats! Cats are my favorite animal and they are so cute x3

I have Golden Retreiver and Toy Poodle from this sale, and I'm tempted to get French Bulldog as well. >.< I'm addicted lol

I can post the free themes here if you want me to, let's just say they are really cool :3

I have the hard copy as well but it was only 9$ when i got it :p
 
I don't see how they change though, as someone above mentioned. Different breeds, maybe different toys/food types, but overall, the gameplay from the original on the DS to now just seems the same to me. The theme, also mentioned above, is a nice promo, but I probably won't be buying anymore of these games.
 
Well the 3ds one is better grafics and taking the dog for a walk it way way better, Streetpass is a + and also that there are cats is a big one. I am not sure why you should need more than one of the 3ds version :p unless it was you favorite game or something.

I bet you that no one is going to buy that game now even if it was a sale and even if it had two free theme codes,mostly girls would buy seeing that men or boys don't feel interested in that sort of thing.

That sounds like a nice promo! I don't think it will sell a lot though. They killed nintendogs for 3ds, In my opinion.
However, the little amount of people that love nintendogs will benefit from it. So I guess it's cool c:
