If you're using a North America Nintendo Account, there's a good chance that Nintendo is now collecting data through Google Analytics when you use the Nintendo Switch eShop. People have noticed an opt-out option when opening the Nintendo Online menu and clicking their membership details.
There's an opt-out option for those interested.

Only reasons you'd want to turn it off are:
- if you have a serious issue with Google (like, if you avoid Google Search, Youtube, Chrome, etc).
- if you don't live in the country your eShop is set to.
- if you game share with people probably (idk if Nintendo is 100% OK with it).
- Press the Nintendo Switch Online icon.
- Tap on your profile's icon.
- Scroll down until you see the fine print: Google Analytics Preferences: Here.
- Tap "Here" and select Do Not Allow.
