Nintendo NX is a Multi-Platform System?

Nintendo has apparently gone mad!

The company’s past is riddled with incredible successes and failures. Now that we know Nintendo is working on a new system, currently called the NX, the Japanese gaming giant needs to make sure it repeats the right kind of history. You know, the one that gives it a hit system that makes a ton of money.

Theorist have theorized that the upcoming system,
the NX may be a Multi-Platformer system.

Ever since they've taken the NES controller layout for the new NX system,
the community has tried to solve what Nintendo plans to do next!

a Multi-platform system would be a very nice idea, i would definitely buy it if it was, but my only contradiction with the idea is the fact that Nintendo have ported a lot of previous generation games (such as Donkey Kong for the GameBoy, Punch out From the NES -i think-, etc), meaning that people who are new to nintendo and would buy the NX console, would likely not bother trying to collect the original cartridges and stuff, but rather just buy a digital copy, such as what they are doing now anyway, a bit sad but yeah v(=o_o=)ﾌ

Information is very scarce on what was given about the upcoming Nintendo NX . You can't really always believe those theorists but then it might be nice for it to be multi - platform . But still yet we can't really confirm so we might as well wait . Also as Artsy said there is already digital copies nowadays .

if tell the truth this thing should not replace anything , most probably i mean nintendo 3ds xl but i guess this thing will also multi player system as most of nintendo system are multi system or multi player

I don't understand how you can have a multi platform system? Is it with multiple old Nintendo systems in one? Because it would drive up the price unnecessarily when there's Virtual Console. But if you say multi platform system, it would sound like Valve on PC. I am confused.

Multi-platform is gonna be cool Hope it is multi- platform I am gonna grab it as soon as I can Yep, definitely they should add a new twist to the console so it will become popular. Hope it doesn't replace any of the existing ones though.
