Microsoft & Nintendo have come together to create a service where you can schedule one-on-one video chat appointments with Nintendo Representatives. It's a free service to anybody who has a Switch and is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and according to Nintendo, there is no obligation to purchase anything. The video calls are hosted on Microsoft Teams, and before you can get started you need to narrow down exactly what you need to talk about so that they can help. You must be 18 years or older to get started on one of these meetings. Here's their website: (https://www.nintendo.com/nintendo-switch-concierge/)

What do you think of this service, and what are your experiences with it?

Wow. This is actually good. I’m sure many problems can be fixed much faster with the ability to use videos too. And i’m pretty sure a bunch of people will show their joy con drift through their cams while the nintendo representative awkwardly smiles through the camera unsure of what to say. But this can be way better to explain specific problems or to fix problems related to specific games or network issues.

This idea sounds really interesting. It should be interesting/fun to see how the service is used and how frequently.

Now Nintendo/Microsoft can give us their trade secrets. Nothing new. Just modernized like their old tech-support number on the back of their information booklets/manuals. It is a handy convenience but if it's just Switch and not their other consoles then maybe searching on the internet is a better idea. I mean what could I possibly want to know. One thing I'd want know might be why there's a Google Analytics setting on the eShop.

(I feel as though Microsoft is getting money out of this)
