Nintendo Switch eShop Improvements

Are there any improvements you wished Nintendo would make to the Nintendo Switch eShop?

- I'd actually like to see when discounts end on the discounted game's page.
- Categories for each game type would be awesome too. Can't remember ever finding something like that.

Maybe fix the eshop exploit (where developers have HUGE sales on their games so its like a couple cents and so many people buy it that it becomes a best seller whereas in reality, its such a crappy game).
A dark mode for the eshop would be good too.
Better search options would be good like in the official nintendo website.
I would like is to see if any of your friends own the game you're looking at.
And something that would tremendously be helpful is a way to leave a review and see other people's reviews.

I'm pretty sure discount end dates are already shown, you just need to scroll down abit.

I want the eshop to not lag on slower connections, I don't mean load faster, I mean make it so the eshop doesn't freeze for afew frames while loading stuff. Currently the eshop is really good and I like it way more than the 3ds eshop but the stuttering bothers me alot.

The eShop is really good right now, but I want to get to sort by new releases/old releases. A sorting system would be very much appreciated. I was thinking maybe like Reddit's sorting system. Where you can sort by new, top, rising, or hot. But the biggest change I want them to make is MUSIC. Wii Shop Channel had music, so I don't see why not. If it's because of loading times or it may cause slower connections, they can just add a toggle so that you can turn it on or off. Speaking of cosmetics, a Dark Mode would be cool. The home menu already has a Dark Mode, so I don't see why not they can add it.
A minor addition that I would like is a list of games that are similar to games that you've played a lot recently. Kinda like Netflix. I know you can sort by Genre, but I don't even know what Genre Puyo Puyo Tetris is. Is it Puzzle? Is it Multiplayer? Is it BOTH? I'm not really sure. But even without this feature, the eShop would still be good.

A little off-topic, but I hope that the discounts are longer >.< When Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker was on sale, and I really wanted it. So the a couple of days later, I went to Amazon. I checked for eShop cards, but then I realized the sale already ended! But that's not really related to the eShop though.

I’d like if they could update the best sellers every day. Every time I look it’s apparent that many of the games listed were previously on sale but the list wasn’t updated yet.

It would help immensely in seeing if something good is on sale instead of having to dig through the deals page.

I keep forgetting to wishlist games I like, so it would be nice if they add this as a feature! For now, I just gotta stop being stupid

I actually just realized a few days ago there was a wishlist. So I’ve started slowly adding games. Time will tell if any of them will get good discounts.

I miss the Nintendo eshop music so much. The switches eshop is so boring and awkward. The 3DS and wii u eshop has life in them like music and even a cute little mascot for the 3DS one. The wii u had a small casino esc thing where you can make a picture for if you get the same thing three times where you started the eshop up. The only thing I like about the Nintendo eshop for switch is the ability to access any region eshop with other Nintendo accounts. This can help players get Japanese or European exclusives without cashing in money from other places to get them. Though I'm really looking for switch to get some music for the shop. Another thing I would also like to see is maybe a dark mode for the Nintendo eshop. It's not super necessary but it would be a cool thing to have implemented in the shop.
