Nintendo Switch Prototyps Cartridge Case

Hi, I'm a new user and I've been working on a small line of game case for the Switch and I could use some gamer feedback.

If any of you have a little free time would you mind taking a look at the first design and giving me your opinion?



I would like to know two things:



1. What do you think of the design.

2. What would you change, if anything.

I don't own enough cartridges myself to have use for one but if I sold used Switch games like potentially Brain Age in the future I would consider this design. It would be neat if it was themed with the games people would have the most of like Pokeballs or a Smash Ball or even a Screwattack from Metroid as seen in Smash Melee but the Brawl design would work better.

What I would change: Not sure if possible but maybe fill in those open spaces in the bottom half because dirt or other things might get stuck in there.

Something like that looks like to be hard to open for those with no nails..
it be nice to see something like that, love the Shape design but in other types like a Pokeball or a round flower it’s neat though.

 

[A E S T H E T I C]

Whenever I travel I take my physical library with me, which can be a pain sometimes with all of the games I have. This could be something I could see myself using to carry all my games with me in a compact way. I'd like different designs along the lines of a pokeball/smashball/screwattack or the triforce/mario powerup.

Artisan, Yumi Chi and Aesthetic, I really appreciate that you took the time to leave me some feedback.

I'm afraid that intellectual property rights prevent my from using Nintendo art. They are notorious for defending their property rights. I have some other designs though and would appreciate and feedback in the future.

Yeah... Nintendo can get a little over the top when it comes to their intellectual property. You can always do a simple design that won't be copyrighted something like a geometric shape, or an abstract design, or just something simple
