I never used it. Well, it wasn't like I could, anyway; it wasn't supported in my region. No Nintendo hotspots.
It was a good idea, but after 2012 I didn't even hear it mentioned. Guess they didn't support it that much.

Interesting. Does this also apply to Europe? (In that case I'll delete zoneviewer so I have so more blocks for games)

I've only used it once and it wasn't anything special. It had a few quizzes and Pokemon ads but that was it. I'm glad they are getting rid of something I doubt anyone used.

I never used it at all. It's like an empty tin can especially because of the region that there are not any hotspots in my region. as Artisan said, it doesn't have anything special in it.

It is one of the apps worth deleting or keeping in a folder permanently.

That's a good thing. I only managed to get it working once, when I was deliberately trying to set up HomePass on an Linux system (Fun Fact: the NZone Viewer was working while StreetPass wasn't getting any hits at all!). And as everybody pointed out, it's slow as hell (2/3 minutes to load a single page with a few lines), contains nothing interesting, and just like everybody, there's almost no Nintendo Zone hotspots in France.

So, good thing they remove it. Unless if you live in Japan, you shouldn't care for it.

I definitely never really used it almost at all, so I guess that it was kinda the right thing to do. I doubt that anybody will practically care for it. And then again, there isn't any Nintendo Hotspots where I am, so yeah, no use >.> I think that it could've been alot better in a different service but overall, it wasn't something that was important and there were many other things to better do besides that.

I never thought it was useful. I only used it to see it blink when i was in a nintendo Zone location (to confirm there was one closeby) to then download my stuff in my games.
