No more Wi-fi?

Nintendo has apparently announced that they have decided to get rid of Wi-fi capabilities for their games. This surely is a bad move! what are you thoughts? will this effect you, as a Nintendo gamer, in any way?

Were they not using the wifi much for game play? I guess it would make sense if players aren't really using it.

This makes me sad. Mario Kart Wii online was my adolescent life, haha. I personally don't think it's a good move for Nintendo to completely discontinue the Wi-Fi altogether. Quite a few people still seem to be using it. It's like they're forcing people into buying the Wii U.

I can't speak for everyone, But I'm pretty lots and lots people use it. It's that popular. xD

They love battling random players, or more commonly their friends who live around the world.

Yea it aeems like they are forcing everyone to buy the Wii U. Another way for them to make more money.
