I'm willing to pay Play Coins for the Earthquake TM in Pokemon X/Y. I can also offer good Pokemon too,

You can't trade TMs so you'll have to teach the Pokemon the move after a trade.

How to trade a TM:
1. Trade a pokémon so you can get his pokémon.
2. Teach that pokémon the TM the other user need.
3. Trade back the pokémon you got with the pokémon you sent.
